Meet Dr. Heather Finley:
Promoting Restful Sleep, Pain Relief, and Holistic Wellness
Founder of Hypnosis for Health Care
Hello! For nearly 30 years, I have provided psychotherapy to a wide variety of clients and my work has helped bridge the gap between psychology and medicine. Following a decade in private practice, I worked at the University of Vermont Medical Center for 17 years, where I developed expertise in treating insomnia and then developed and delivered foundational psychological services within an innovative program recognized nationally for its integrative approach to chronic pain management.

These experiences have uniquely positioned me to assist you in improving sleep, alleviating pain, navigating life's transitions, and enhancing overall quality of life. I recognize my many privileges and strive to approach my work with cultural humility. I view my role as a supportive facilitator and guide, collaborating with you to access your inner wisdom and resources.
