  • You feel physically and mentally drained during the day

  • You’ve tried sleep hygiene tips without long-term relief

  • You want research-backed, drug-free strategies

  • You’re ready to commit to a small, supportive group experience

  • Seven 75-minute sessions offered via secure telehealth 

  • A structured CBT-i and hypnosis-based curriculum

  • Guided audio recordings and practice tools

  • Weekly strategies to use at home

  • Connection with a group of up to 12 participants who truly understand your experience
